Who is eligible?
Involvement: The nominee must have been involved in outreach by donating their time or talents to professional work for charitable, clinical, educational, or other worthwhile activities related to the well-being of mankind.
Service: The work must have been on a voluntary basis, for a minimum period of 12 months.
Leadership: The nominee must have shown leadership in initiating, developing and implementing key elements of a outreach mission.
Role Model: The nominee must have served as a role model for peers
